Maxfiylik siyosati
LOOK — kiyim, soch turmagi va bo'yanish bo'yicha AI stilist ilovasi. Ushbu siyosatda qanday ma'lumot yig'ishimiz, nima uchun, kim ko'ra olishi va uni qanday boshqarishingiz tushuntirilgan.
1. Biz kimmiz
Ilovani Deepstack LLC ("biz") boshqaradi. Maxfiylik bo'yicha har qanday savol yoki so'rov uchun hello@lookaiapp.uz manziliga yozing.
2. Qanday ma'lumot yig'amiz
- Akkaunt ma'lumotlari: email, parol (faqat qaytarib bo'lmaydigan shifrlangan ko'rinishda saqlanadi), ism, yosh, profil turi (erkak, ayol, o'g'il bola, qiz bola) va til.
- Siz qo'shgan kontent: kiyim va kosmetika rasmlari hamda AI ularga yozgan tavsif (nomi, turi, ranglari, uslubi, fasli).
- Suhbatlar: AI stilistga yozgan xabarlaringiz va uning javoblari.
- Go'zallik profili (ixtiyoriy, Premium, faqat kattalar uchun): selfie orqali yuz shakli, teri tusi va tagrangi, soch turi, uzunligi va rangi aniqlanadi. Selfie rasmning o'zi saqlanmaydi: tahlil qilinib o'chiriladi, faqat qisqa matnli natija saqlanadi.
- Foydalanish ma'lumotlari: bugun nechta AI so'rov yuborgansiz va garderobingizda nechta kiyim bor, shunda tarif limitlari ishlaydi.
- Obuna ma'lumotlari: Premium bor-yo'qligi, tarifi va muddatlari. To'lovni Apple yoki Google qabul qiladi, karta raqamingizni biz ko'rmaymiz.
- Taxminiy joylashuv (ixtiyoriy): "Ob-havoni aniqlash" tugmasini bossangiz, ilova qurilmangizda taxminiy joylashuvingizni bir marta o'qiydi, uni taxminan 11 km aniqlikkacha yaxlitlaydi va joriy haroratni bilish uchun faqat shu yaxlitlangan koordinatalarni ob-havo xizmati Open-Meteo'ga yuboradi. Joylashuvingizni biz olmaymiz va saqlamaymiz.
- Davlat (avtomatik): so'rovingiz kelgan IP manzildan faqat davlat kodi (masalan, "UZ") aniqlanadi va umumiy statistika uchun akkauntingiz bilan birga saqlanadi. IP manzilingizning o'zini saqlamaymiz. Oxirgi faollik vaqti ham statistika uchun saqlanadi.
- Shahar (ixtiyoriy): "Aniqlash" tugmasini bossangiz, ilova qurilmangizdan taxminiy joylashuvingizni bir marta o'qiydi va uni ~1 km gacha yaxlitlab serverimizga yuboradi. Server faqat eng yaqin shaharni topib, shahar nomini profilingizga saqlaydi; koordinatalarning o'zi saqlanmaydi. Shaharni ro'yxatdan qo'lda ham tanlash mumkin. Shahar sizga faqat o'sha shahardagi hamkor do'konlarni ko'rsatish uchun kerak. Uni Profil bo'limida o'zgartirish mumkin.
- Bildirishnomalar (ixtiyoriy): kunlik eslatmani yoqsangiz, qurilmangizning bildirishnoma tokeni serverimizda saqlanadi va Expo bildirishnoma xizmati orqali har ertalab ob-havoga mos eslatma yuborish uchun ishlatiladi. Ob-havo uchun shahringiz markazining koordinatalari Open-Meteo'ga yuboriladi (sizning joylashuvingiz emas). Eslatmani Profil bo'limida istalgan vaqtda o'chirsangiz, token o'chiriladi.
- Taklif kodi: do'stingizni taklif qilsangiz, kodingizni nechta kishi ishlatganini saqlaymiz. Boshqa foydalanuvchi sizning shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringizni ko'rmaydi.
- Xarid suratlari (ixtiyoriy): do'konda kiyimni suratga olsangiz, rasm AI tomonidan garderobingiz bilan solishtirish uchun tahlil qilinadi va saqlanmaydi. Hamkor do'konlar: do'konni, mahsulotni, uning saytini yoki telefonini ochsangiz, buni do'kon hisoboti uchun nomsiz sanaymiz; bu hisob akkauntingizga bog'lanmaydi.
- Texnik ma'lumotlar: xavfsizlik va xatolarni tuzatish uchun oddiy server loglari (so'rov vaqti, manzil va natija).
3. Ma'lumotdan qanday foydalanamiz
- Ilovani ishlatish uchun: garderobingizni ko'rsatish, kiyim, soch turmagi va bo'yanish tavsiyalarini yaratish, profilingizni eslab qolish.
- Bepul va Premium limitlarini qo'llash hamda xariddan keyin Premium berish uchun.
- Xizmat xavfsizligini saqlash, suiiste'molning oldini olish va muammolarni tuzatish uchun.
- Ma'lumotlaringizni reklama uchun ishlatmaymiz va sotmaymiz.
4. AI orqali qayta ishlash
- Sizga javob berish uchun ilova rasmlaringiz va xabarlaringizni, maslahat uchun kerakli profil ma'lumotlari bilan birga, AI provayderimizga (Anthropic) shifrlangan aloqa orqali yuboradi. Provayder ularni javob tayyorlash uchun qayta ishlaydi.
- AI tavsiyalari xato bo'lishi mumkin. Tibbiy, allergiya yoki teri parvarishi bo'yicha qarorlarda ularga tayanmang.
5. Ma'lumotni kimlar bilan ulashamiz
- Faqat ilovani ishlatishga yordam beruvchi xizmat ko'rsatuvchilar bilan: Anthropic (AI), RevenueCat (obunalarni boshqarish), Open-Meteo (ob-havo), Expo (bildirishnomalar, faqat eslatma yoqilganda), Apple va Google (xaridlar) hamda hosting provayderimiz.
- Qonun talab qilsa, ma'lumotni topshirishimiz mumkin.
- Reklama yoki kuzatuv SDK'laridan foydalanmaymiz.
6. Ma'lumotni qancha saqlaymiz
- Ma'lumotlaringiz siz o'chirmaguningizcha saqlanadi. Kiyimni o'chirsangiz, uning rasmi ham o'chadi; suhbatni tozalasangiz, yozishmalar o'chadi.
- Butun akkauntni ilovada o'chirishingiz mumkin (Profil > Akkauntni o'chirish). Bu profilingiz, garderobingiz, kosmetika sumkangiz, suhbatlaringiz, go'zallik profilingiz va yuklangan rasmlaringizni butunlay o'chiradi.
- Xarid yozuvlari buxgalteriya va qonuniy majburiyatlar uchun sizga bog'lanmagan holda saqlanishi mumkin.
- Akkauntni o'chirish Apple yoki Google obunasini bekor qilmaydi. Obunani do'kon hisobingiz sozlamalarida bekor qiling.
7. Xavfsizlik
Ma'lumotlar shifrlangan aloqa orqali uzatiladi, parollar shifrlab saqlanadi. Hech bir tizim mutlaq xavfsiz emas, shuning uchun kuchli va noyob parol ishlating.
8. Sizning huquqlaringiz
- Profilingizni ilovada ko'rish va tahrirlash, kontentni o'chirish va akkauntni istalgan vaqtda o'chirish mumkin.
- Ma'lumotlaringizni to'g'rilash, nusxasini olish yoki o'chirishni hello@lookaiapp.uz manziliga yozib so'rashingiz mumkin. Biz o'rinli muddatda javob beramiz.
9. Bolalar
- LOOK bolalar mustaqil foydalanishi uchun mo'ljallanmagan. "O'g'il bola" yoki "qiz bola" profillarini ota-ona yoki vasiy kiyim va oddiy soch turmagi tanlash uchun yaratadi.
- Bu profillarda selfie tahlili va bo'yanish imkoniyatlari o'chirilgan. Iltimos, faqat kiyim rasmlarini yuklang, bolalarning yuzini emas.
- Agar bola vasiy ruxsatisiz akkaunt ochgan deb hisoblasangiz, hello@lookaiapp.uz ga yozing, uni o'chirib tashlaymiz.
10. Xalqaro qayta ishlash
Provayderlarimiz ma'lumotni boshqa mamlakatlarda qayta ishlashi mumkin. Biz ma'lumotni tegishli kafolatlar bilan himoya qiladigan provayderlarni tanlaymiz.
11. O'zgarishlar
Siyosatni yangilashimiz mumkin. O'zgarish muhim bo'lsa, ilovada xabar beramiz. Eng yuqoridagi sana oxirgi versiyani ko'rsatadi.

LOOK — AI-стилист для подбора одежды, причёсок и макияжа. В этой политике объясняется, какие данные мы собираем, зачем, кто может их видеть и как вы можете ими управлять.
1. Кто мы
Приложение предоставляет Deepstack LLC («мы»). По любым вопросам и запросам о конфиденциальности пишите на hello@lookaiapp.uz.
2. Какие данные мы собираем
- Данные аккаунта: email, пароль (хранится только в виде необратимого хэша), имя, возраст, тип профиля (мужчина, женщина, мальчик, девочка) и язык.
- Добавленный вами контент: фото одежды и косметики и описания, которые создаёт AI (название, тип, цвета, стиль, сезон).
- Переписка: ваши сообщения AI-стилисту и его ответы.
- Профиль красоты (по желанию, Premium, только для взрослых): по селфи определяются форма лица, тон кожи и подтон, тип, длина и цвет волос. Само селфи не сохраняется: оно анализируется и удаляется, хранится только короткий текстовый результат.
- Данные об использовании: сколько AI-запросов вы сделали сегодня и сколько вещей в гардеробе, чтобы работали лимиты тарифа.
- Данные подписки: есть ли Premium, какой тариф и сроки. Платежи принимают Apple или Google, номер вашей карты мы не видим.
- Приблизительная геопозиция (по желанию): если вы нажмёте «Определить погоду», приложение один раз считает ваше примерное местоположение на устройстве, округлит его примерно до 11 км и отправит только эти округлённые координаты погодному сервису Open-Meteo, чтобы узнать текущую температуру. Мы не получаем и не храним вашу геопозицию.
- Страна (автоматически): по IP-адресу запроса определяется только код страны (например, «UZ») и сохраняется вместе с аккаунтом для общей статистики. Сам IP-адрес мы не сохраняем. Время последней активности также хранится для статистики.
- Город (по желанию): если вы нажмёте «Определить», приложение один раз считает примерное местоположение на устройстве, округлит его примерно до 1 км и отправит на наш сервер. Сервер только находит ближайший город и сохраняет в профиле название города; сами координаты не сохраняются. Город можно выбрать и вручную из списка. Он нужен, чтобы показывать магазины-партнёры вашего города. Его можно изменить в разделе «Профиль».
- Уведомления (по желанию): если вы включите ежедневное напоминание, токен уведомлений вашего устройства хранится на нашем сервере и используется, чтобы каждое утро отправлять напоминание с учётом погоды через сервис уведомлений Expo. Для погоды в Open-Meteo передаются координаты центра вашего города (не ваша геопозиция). Если выключить напоминание в «Профиле», токен удаляется.
- Код приглашения: если вы приглашаете друга, мы храним, сколько человек использовали ваш код. Другие пользователи не видят ваших личных данных.
- Фото покупок (по желанию): фото вещи, сделанное в магазине, анализируется AI для сравнения с вашим гардеробом и не сохраняется. Магазины-партнёры: когда вы открываете магазин, товар, его сайт или телефон, мы анонимно учитываем это для отчёта магазина; этот счётчик не связан с вашим аккаунтом.
- Технические данные: обычные журналы сервера (время запроса, адрес и результат) для безопасности и исправления ошибок.
3. Как мы используем данные
- Чтобы приложение работало: показывать гардероб, создавать советы по одежде, причёскам и макияжу, помнить ваш профиль.
- Чтобы применять лимиты бесплатного тарифа и Premium и включать Premium после покупки.
- Чтобы обеспечивать безопасность, предотвращать злоупотребления и исправлять неполадки.
- Мы не используем ваши данные для рекламы и не продаём их.
4. Обработка с помощью AI
- Чтобы ответить вам, приложение отправляет ваши фото и сообщения вместе с данными профиля, нужными для совета, нашему AI-провайдеру (Anthropic) по защищённому соединению. Провайдер обрабатывает их для подготовки ответа.
- Советы AI могут быть неверными. Не полагайтесь на них в медицинских вопросах, при аллергии и при выборе ухода за кожей.
5. С кем мы делимся данными
- Только с поставщиками услуг, которые помогают работе приложения: Anthropic (AI), RevenueCat (управление подписками), Open-Meteo (погода), Expo (уведомления, только если включено напоминание), Apple и Google (покупки) и наш хостинг-провайдер.
- Мы можем раскрыть данные, если этого требует закон.
- Мы не используем рекламные и отслеживающие SDK.
6. Как долго мы храним данные
- Данные хранятся, пока вы их не удалите. Удаление вещи удаляет её фото; очистка чата удаляет переписку.
- Весь аккаунт можно удалить в приложении (Профиль > Удалить аккаунт). Это навсегда сотрёт профиль, гардероб, косметичку, переписку, профиль красоты и загруженные фото.
- Записи о покупках могут храниться без привязки к вам для бухгалтерского учёта и по закону.
- Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку Apple или Google. Отмените её в настройках аккаунта магазина.
7. Безопасность
Данные передаются по защищённым соединениям, пароли хранятся в виде хэша. Ни одна система не защищена идеально, поэтому используйте надёжный уникальный пароль.
8. Ваши права
- Вы можете просматривать и менять профиль в приложении, удалять контент и в любой момент удалить аккаунт.
- Вы можете запросить исправление, копию или удаление данных, написав на hello@lookaiapp.uz. Мы ответим в разумный срок.
9. Дети
- LOOK не предназначен для самостоятельного использования детьми. Профили «мальчик» и «девочка» создаёт родитель или опекун, чтобы выбирать одежду и простые причёски.
- Для этих профилей отключены анализ селфи и функции макияжа. Загружайте, пожалуйста, только фото одежды, а не лиц детей.
- Если вы считаете, что ребёнок создал аккаунт без разрешения опекуна, напишите на hello@lookaiapp.uz, и мы его удалим.
10. Международная обработка
Наши провайдеры могут обрабатывать данные в других странах. Мы выбираем провайдеров, которые защищают данные надлежащим образом.
11. Изменения
Мы можем обновлять эту политику. О важных изменениях сообщим в приложении. Дата вверху показывает последнюю версию.

Privacy Policy
LOOK is an AI stylist app for outfits, hairstyles and makeup. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who can see it and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
The app is operated by Deepstack LLC ("we"). For any privacy question or request write to hello@lookaiapp.uz.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), name, age, profile type (man, woman, boy, girl) and language.
- Content you add: photos of your clothes and cosmetics, and the descriptions the AI generates for them (name, type, colors, style, season).
- Conversations: the messages you send to the AI stylist and its replies.
- Beauty profile (optional, Premium, adults only): from a selfie we derive face shape, skin tone and undertone, hair type, length and color. The selfie itself is not stored: it is analysed and discarded, and only this short text result is kept.
- Usage data: how many AI requests you made today and counts of items in your wardrobe, so that plan limits work.
- Subscription data: whether you have Premium, which plan, and its dates. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card number.
- Approximate location (optional): if you tap "Detect weather", the app reads your approximate location once, on your device, rounds it to about 11 km and sends only those rounded coordinates to the weather service Open-Meteo to get the current temperature. We do not receive or store your location.
- Country (automatic): only a country code (for example "UZ") is derived from the IP address of your request and kept with your account for aggregate statistics. We do not store the IP address itself. The time of your last activity is also kept for statistics.
- City (optional): if you tap "Detect", the app reads your approximate location once on your device, rounds it to about 1 km and sends it to our server. The server only finds the nearest city and saves the city name on your profile; the coordinates themselves are not stored. You can also choose your city from a list. It is used only to show partner stores in your city. You can change it in Profile.
- Notifications (optional): if you turn on the daily reminder, your device's notification token is stored on our server and used to send a weather-aware reminder every morning through the Expo notification service. For the weather, the coordinates of your city centre (not your location) are sent to Open-Meteo. If you turn the reminder off in Profile, the token is deleted.
- Invite code: if you invite a friend, we keep a count of how many people used your code. Other users cannot see your personal data.
- Shopping photos (optional): a photo you take of a garment in a store is analysed by the AI to compare it with your wardrobe and is not stored. Partner stores: when you open a store, a product, its website or its phone number, we count it anonymously for the store's report; this count is not linked to your account.
- Technical data: basic server logs (request time, address and result) used for security and to fix errors.
3. How we use it
- To run the app: show your wardrobe, create outfit, hairstyle and makeup suggestions, and remember your profile.
- To apply free and Premium limits and to give you Premium after a purchase.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. AI processing
- To answer you, the app sends your photos and messages, together with the profile details needed for advice, to our AI provider (Anthropic) over an encrypted connection. The provider processes them to produce the reply.
- AI suggestions can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, allergy or skin-care decisions.
5. Who we share data with
- Only service providers that help us run the app: Anthropic (AI), RevenueCat (subscription management), Open-Meteo (weather), Expo (notifications, only if the reminder is on), Apple and Google (purchases), and our hosting provider.
- We may disclose data if the law requires it.
- We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
6. How long we keep data
- Your data is kept until you delete it. Deleting an item removes its photo; clearing the chat removes the conversation.
- You can delete your whole account in the app (Profile > Delete account). This permanently erases your profile, wardrobe, cosmetic bag, chats, beauty profile and uploaded photos.
- Purchase records may be kept without a link to you for accounting and legal duties.
- Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings.
7. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections and passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your rights
- You can view and edit your profile in the app, delete content and delete your account at any time.
- You can ask us to correct, export or erase your data by writing to hello@lookaiapp.uz. We reply within a reasonable time.
9. Children
- LOOK is not meant for children to use alone. Profiles marked boy or girl are created by a parent or guardian to choose clothes and simple hairstyles.
- For these profiles the selfie analysis and makeup features are turned off. Please upload only photos of clothes, not of children's faces.
- If you believe a child created an account without a guardian's permission, contact hello@lookaiapp.uz and we will delete it.
10. International processing
Our providers may process data in other countries. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. If the change is important we will tell you in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.
